Our grants are available to Traditional Building Health Check Members to support the cost of conservation-standard repairs to historic and traditional buildings.
The grant scheme has been designed to assist with grant eligible priority 1 and 2 repairs in identified in the TBHC Inspection Report.
Grants are available for traditional properties within the Stirling City boundary and in Bridge of Allan, Blairlogie and Dunblane which are members of the Traditional Buildings Health Check.

At the time of your grant payment you will need to have a minimum of 3 months left of your membership.
