Our staff

The Trust currently has two staff members: Managers working on a job-share basis.

Sonya Linskaill (Manager) studied design before qualifying as an architect, and subsequently working for a number of years in private architectural practise.  In 2004 Sonya returned to full-time education gaining a MSc in European Urban Conservation.  Sonya previously worked as Technical Officer at the Scottish Civic Trust.

Jane Nelson (Manager) is a qualified architect who was an associate of a small Glasgow practice for nearly 10 years. Following that she managed the Buildings at Risk Service for Scotland, spending 7 years with the Scottish Civic Trust.  Jane was a former Board member of the Stirling City Heritage Trust before taking over the post of Manager in January 2007.

From time-to-time the Trust will consider student placements or volunteers, or the need for consultants on a specific piece of work. If you are interested in working for the Trust please contact us.
